Information we handle

Account information includes your name, username, email address, sign-in identifiers and workspace memberships. Contact requests include your reply details and the information you choose to send.

Workspaces may contain reports, Excel files, KPI configurations and publication history. Technical records may include sign-in, access, request and incident events.

Why we use the information

We use account and session information for sign-in, verification, invitations and access control. Reporting information supports submission, validation, publication and authorized review. Contact and technical records support requests, security and service operations.

Access and service providers

Each company manages access to its workspace through assigned roles. Service providers may process the information needed for hosting, identity or transactional email when those services are in use. Disclosures required by applicable law are handled through the appropriate process.

Sessions and preferences

BIHUB uses cookies to manage sign-in and language. Appearance settings are saved on your device. The illustrated office and dashboard use sample information and keep their interactions in the browser session.

Retention and workspace data

Retention depends on the information type, service agreement and applicable obligations. Published versions and backups can have different retention needs from account and support records. A workspace administrator can coordinate an export or deletion request.

Your choices and requests

Contact us to ask about access, correction, a copy of your information, restrictions, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion. We may verify your identity and coordinate with your organization before responding. Use the details below for privacy questions or complaints.
