Service and accounts

BIHUB supports periodic reporting and review. Account registration and company workspace creation are separate. Keep your credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace responsibilities

Workspace administrators manage invitations, roles and reporting scope. Users should upload only information they are authorized to use and verify figures before publishing. Published reports are subject to the applicable workspace process and review.

Acceptable use and content

Use the service within your permissions and applicable obligations. Respect confidentiality, other users' rights and intellectual property. Avoid harmful files, attempts to access another company, and activity that interferes with service operation.

Your organization is responsible for the rights to the reports and files it provides. BIHUB processes them to deliver the agreed service and support authorized operations.

Plans, fees and changes

Plan limits apply to the active subscription. Upgrade requests are reviewed before the plan changes. Paid fees, taxes, payment, renewal, cancellation and any refund conditions are set out in the accepted quote or service agreement.

Support, suspension and closure

Availability and support commitments follow the service agreement. Access may be restricted for security, abuse or contractual reasons. For account closure, workspace handover or a data export, contact BIHUB or your workspace administrator as appropriate.

Questions and disputes

Contact us first so we can understand and respond to your concern. The applicable agreement and law govern any formal resolution. Service terms may be updated through the notice process in the agreement.
